Upon receiving the ring immediately there was an obvious flaw in the placing of one the diamonds. I went to 2 local jewelers in Antwerp and both said that one of the diamonds was placed deeper than the others thus giving the illusion that there is a diamond missing. When asking Nathan for a solution it was neglected and eventually ignored. Even though I didn’t expect a reparation, simply an acknowledgment and a proper compensation. I am a longtime returning customer but sadly without proper customer service this will have to be my last purchase. A shame because I enjoyed previous purchases very much and was always planning on buying more.
